Built during the start of the 19th century, St Aubin House has been under the command of several different people before finally being renovated in the 1990s with the aim of preserving the cultural heritage of Mauritius.
Sugar Cane is grown abundantly on the estate which is subsequently turned into sugar but also rum. The St Aubin House offers a tour through its magnificent colonial era house, originally made with beams and ship poles which are still visible. The tour includes a visit of the rum factory and followed by rum tasting. Visitors can also enjoy a traditional lunch at St Aubin.

This tour is a Half Day (5 Hours) and you can choose to spend a few more hours if you would like. Extra hour charges is € 12 per hour and can be paid directly to our chauffeur.
